Families of dead soldiers can sue MoD over inadequate kit

Families of soldiers killed on the front line in Iraq have won the right to sue the Government for alleged negligence.
Judges at the High Court ruled today that relatives of two soldiers who died and two who were badly injured could seek compensation for the alleged failure of the Government to provide them with proper equipment and training.
